Flirting Using Non Verbal Communication

Non verbal communication plays an important role in seduction. If you have been thinking of how to effectively attract someone from the opposite sex, you have to do more than thinking of the right things to say.
Most of the times, men and women overlook non verbal communication when it comes to establishing a connection with somebody of the opposite sex, be it friendship, professional or even romantic relationships. A great number of people spend an awful lot of time thinking of the right things to say.
While spoken words make things a lot clearer, which is why it is the most common means of communication, they are not the end-all be-all of things. Remember, people can lie when they want to. Unless you’re psychic, you’ve no way of telling when somebody is lying to your face.
There is a way to catch a lie, however. Reading non verbal gestures will help one identify a person’s true motives. Body language will betray a person’s true intentions. This is why people who lie are usually caught by their actions.
Non verbal communication is an essential part of human interaction. It is believed that more 50 percent of human communication is comprised of body language. Non verbal cues include posture, hand and arm movements, facial expressions, and eye movements.
Non verbal communication is an effective tool in flirting and seduction.
Most of the times, people don’t know how to express their attraction to the opposite sex. Those who are not naturally outspoken and outgoing will have a hard time getting picking up someone compared to those who can easily strike up a conversation.
If you are one of these people, you can talk using your body.
Using body language is one of the best flirting tips you will ever have. Non verbal flirting is something a lot of people do; and it has yielded very good results.
Let me tell you why.
Non verbal communication is more effective in conveying messages because it has more to do with your subconscious. You’ll have more control of the things you say in most cases. When it comes to body gestures, you’re more likely to have no idea you’re moving your body a certain way.
Let’s say a friend tried to hook you up with someone you don’t really like and your friend asks you if you like the person he or she introduced to you. Even though you’ve no desire to go out with that person, you feel compelled to give in because you don’t want to offend both the person and your friend.
You’ll most likely say “yeah, he (or she) is very nice.”
You’ve conditioned your brain to say what you need to say. But you are not aware that your non verbal cues are saying the opposite thing—you have your arms folded on your chest, your eyes darted away from your friend, and your voice had a different pitch. You’ll also most likely be shifting uneasily in your seat.
All these non verbal gestures are screaming “I don’t like him (or her)! Kill me now!”
And if you’re friend is very keen, they’ll know what you really mean.
Body language is one very powerful flirting weapon. You don’t have to say anything to make someone like you. You can just stand somewhere and let the object of your desire get what you’re trying to tell them through the way you look at them and how your body is situated.
Non verbal flirting is something everyone needs to master to become really successful in dating. Both men and women will surely benefit from this.
